Mr. M. Babu (Founder, Chairman & Managing Director)
He is the Founder chairman of this company. Through his knowledge and industry based experience, he is leading the business in a very successful manner. He is involved into Administration, Processes, Productions, Sales & Marketing and almost every corner of the business. This is his best strength to improvise and lead the company towards its goal and success. His Vision and motto is continuously achieved by the team and all the team members are reporting to him. Being a founder, Mr M.Babu knows the art of running the business in a very unique way and is able to speculate the company’s growth.
Mr. M. Gangadharan. (General Manager)
His duties mainly include managing and coordinating the work processes of the managers working under the GM. The duties also comprise devising and planning of company policies, and discussing with the top management for final approval. He develops guidelines for the company’s operations and also the processes, which are directly under his authority.
He is playing an important role in recruiting and training process managers under him. He imparts his training knowledge to new practice managers as to how to weigh the employee’s performance, which is one of the most important responsibilities of the manager. He is also taking care of all the departments and oversees whether they are working towards the company's anticipated annual plan.
Mr. M. Harikrishnan. (Factory Division Manager)
He organizes all production operations to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved and that all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards are observed. He had developed all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum production efficiency. And also he is taking care of effective working relationships with all employees and employees' representatives to ensure the maintenance of harmonious employee relations within the factory.
Mr. M. Narayanan. (Quality Control)
He maintains the quality control manual and supervises the enforcement of inspection and procedures. He is responsible for the Survey quality requirements on all customers and vendor purchase orders and contracts. His main focus is to establish and develop inspection procedures, coordination of quality control representatives which is required to maintain a high standard by effectively controlling the inspection, test and monitoring the various procedures that build quality into the final product. |
